 2018 Football/Cheerleading Fundraiser

All order forms and money are to be returned to the Bay View Area Redcat office no later than August 4, 2018.

  • Do not turn in orders to your coaches

  • Late orders/turn in may not be accepted.

  • No practice equipment/uniforms will be issued to any player with an outstanding balance.

 

Checks are to be made out to the Bay View Area Redcats.

  • Due to issues with ‘bounced’ and returned checks, we no longer accept any 3rd party personal checks. Please collect the money for your items, and write ONE check for your player if you wish to pay by personal check. We do accept money orders. Please write your player’s name on the memo line.

 

Football players are asked to sell $300 worth of sales.

  • To be “free and clear”, your minimum total sales should be $300.

  • We earn 50% of every item you sell. If you sell less than $300, we will add the total $ amount you have earned, multiply it by 50% (1/2 of the total $ amount sold) and subtract that from $150 (buyout cost). Whatever is the difference is what you still owe.

  • Any remaining ‘difference’ between sales and buyout owed must be paid prior to receiving equipment/uniforms.

 

Cheerleaders are asked to sell $240 worth of sales.

  • To be “free and clear”, your minimum total sales should be $240

  • We earn 50% of every item you sell. If you sell less than $240, we will add the total $ amount you have earned, multiply it by 50% (1/2 of the total $ amount sold) and subtract that from $120 (buyout cost). Whatever is the difference is what you still owe.

 

Product delivery will be approximately 10 to 14 business days from August 4.

  • When you turn in your order, you will receive information on product pick up which will include date, time, and location.

  • Please pick up your order in a timely manner. We do not have freezer/refrigerator space to hold your items for you.

 

Thank you for participating in our cookie dough sale. Our organization does fundraisers to attempt to keep the players’ out of pocket costs as low as possible. Without the fundraisers, costs would be over $250 per football player and over $140 per cheerleader. Thank you for your efforts to assist us in keeping youth sports affordable for all families.

 

This sale is separate from the additional $100 Family Volunteer Deposit (VDep). Cookie sales cannot be used towards or combined with the family VDEP.
